Our cases
Over the last 25 years, our lawyers have not only been at the forefront of theoretical and policy developments in the life sciences. We have also contributed to the development of seminal case law in the UK.
From issues in relation to research using human embryos, to posthumous surrogacy and knotty consent issues, and public law and policy issues, we have litigated our clients’ cases in the High Court, the Court of Appeal, and beyond.
You can find an overview of the cases we have worked on in the past below, together with media coverage and links for further reading for each.
