We are always looking for new colleagues to join us, and are particularly interested to hear from lawyers with unusual backgrounds or non-linear training and employment histories. We think that a variety of professional and employment experiences, and evidence of dealing with setbacks and failure, are more indicative of someone being a good lawyer than a straight first and magic circle experience.* What we are particularly keen on is finding new colleagues with a proven affinity to science and academia, but we’re also happy to hear from others.
